Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization funded by local community members and businesses.

Since 1919, Junior Achievement has helped young people recognize how their talent and abilities can create better lives for themselves and those around them. JA reaches over 4 million students a year and is in 60 countries worldwide. JA's sequential and integrated kindergarten through grade 12 programs help young people use information, apply basic skills, think ritically, and solve complex problems.

JA brings volunteers form the community face to face with students for the simplest of human interaction-sharing. Classrom volunteers make economic concepts relevant, fuel the entrepeneurial spirit, and challenges students to excel.

JA's unique in school delivery system provides the training, materials, and support necessary to ensure a positive experience.
